How fast is delivery in Kampala?+
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2PM, Monday to Saturday. Delivery is typically completed within 3–6 hours of confirmation.
Do you deliver outside Kampala?+
Yes! We deliver nationwide across Uganda via our courier partners. Delivery takes 2–4 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I return or exchange a fragrance?+
Yes. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of delivery, we'll offer a full exchange or store credit. Opened bottles can be exchanged once. Contact us to initiate a return.
How do I pay for my order?+
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa/Mastercard, and cash on delivery in Kampala. Payment is confirmed before dispatch.
Do you offer custom fragrance blending?+
Yes! We offer bespoke fragrance consultations for weddings, corporate events, and personal commissions. Minimum order of 50 units applies. Contact us to discuss.
Are your fragrances natural?+
Our fragrances use a blend of high-quality natural and cosmetic-grade aroma chemicals. We never use harmful synthetics, parabens, or phthalates. All products are cruelty-free.
